The driving force behind Casale le Fontanelle is Sophie. She ran a successful Italian restaurant in the Netherlands for years and knows better than anyone what true hospitality means. From warm welcome to well-catered breakfast, everything with an eye for detail and love for the job.

This palace houses the Galleria Nazionale delle Marche with works by Piero della Francesca, among others. Urbino is the birthplace of painter Raphael, so be sure to visit his home where he was born. The town is less than an hour's drive from the B&B and is really worth a visit!
