A very nice location if you want to enjoy Italy. A short distance from San Marino and other beautiful cities and from the coast. Nice and super tidy house. Was cleaned several times during our one week stay. The reception was also super nice. We as Dutch people were welcomed openly and tried to understand everything with our good English, this was very difficult for the owner, but together we worked it out. We would go there again in no time

Fully renovated farmhouse, large and beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. We couldn't ask for anything better. Fantastic cleanliness, courtesy and availability. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The wood stove was great. Lovely spot. It was a shame to only stay two nights, we would have liked to stay longer. Thanks, we hope to return.

A very nice place to stay, it felt like home. Well equipped kitchen. We received a nice welcome gift: a cake, some cookies and milk. The place is quiet and quiet, yet close to San Marino - about 30 minutes by car.

A beautiful place to say the least. Kindness and availability of Mrs. Francesca and her collaborator, Mrs. Barbara. Everything, even the smallest ones, carefully selected and with respect for the original architecture. Clean. The only downside was that we had found no sign of the mountain crossroads on the route from Montegrimano Terme. No TV and... it's not bad.

The surroundings

The B&B is located in the Marche region, in central Italy. The small village of Monte Grimano Terme is famous for its picturesque hills and peaceful atmosphere. The location is an ideal starting point for a day trip to the seaside town of Rimini or a visit to San Marino, the oldest republic in the world. In the immediate vicinity, there are various cycling routes for both recreational cyclists and experienced cyclists and mountain bikers. So in addition to enjoying and relaxing carefree, you can also make a good effort in the area!
